We’re continuing our G-WEG program throughout North Rhine-Westphalia. We visited the Caritas Geldern facilities!
A total of seven facilities and the quality management team participated in the meeting, and of course we once again worked hard with some of the residents during the training sessions. In the engaging theoretical portion, we first discussed in detail the topic of fall prevention and the various medical conditions that affect gait. It’s important to us to provide you with as much information and as many tips as possible for G-WEG training. Afterward, we trained on the G-WEG together with the nursing service managers, the residents, and the quality management team, and went through several exercises from our methodology. Once again, many thanks to the quality management team for the great feedback and the engaging discussion!
