As we encounter multimorbid patients in fall prevention training, we have immersed ourselves in orthopaedics, neurology and geriatrics. Together, we worked out the clinical pictures in old age and their effects on motor skills and mobility. We continued with the core of our G-WEG concept, the 98 method cards. Straightening up, track width, rolling phase, knee control, arm pendulum, stride length, stance leg phase, ankle strategy, dual task tasks and much more are the criteria for successful gait training! Our participants now know exactly what they need to pay attention to during fall prevention training. All the exercises from the G-WEG Methodology Box that we practiced together are relevant to everyday life, easy to understand and, above all, easy to implement. We would like to thank you all for the exciting exchange and wish you every success with your favorite exercises, which you can now use together with your seniors and patients on the G-WEG!
